I thoroughly enjoyed Teenage Superstars on telly the other night and have to admit it was a real revelation for metoo. I just hadn't appreciated these bands and what their influences were at the time, nor the wonderful outsider personalities involved. The silly thing is I was into a lot of the same music as they were, i.e. sixties psych and underground, and would have loved to go to a club like Splash One at the time, but was oblivious to it down here.
